Fire Cider Make & Take Workshop

Join us at the beautiful Bastrop Botanical Gardens as we will be brewing up a batch of Fire Cider to warm and keep us well in the coming cold months.

Fire Cider provides immune support and is often taken during cold and flu season to help ward off sickness, largely due to antimicrobial properties in ingredients like garlic and horseradish. It is also a digestion aid to stimulate digestive juices and support gut health. The spicy components like cayenne and ginger stimulate circulation to warm the body.

This hands on workshop will have you chopping, grating and dicing your very own brew while learning all the folk formula secrets. Come on out with your favorite cutting board and knife… we will provide the rest.
