About the event
In this class we will be exploring how to create your own sourdough starter and demonstrate the 3 easy steps to creating your own baked sourdough. The "golf ball" starter system offers an easier less stress & mess process to have hot delicious bread at home on demand.
All materials and handouts included with tuition cost.
Students will leave with a sourdough starter of their own and potential raffle loaf at the end.
Lets get baking!
Your mentor Erika Bradshaw:
My husband and I started farming in 2003, beginning with (4) 3,000 sq' greenhouses growing hydroponic tomatoes. Three years later we added an acre of raised garden beds, expanding our efforts in being involved with healthy, local foods.
