About the event

Soap Making 101:

This class will provide the basic steps using the cold process method of soap making.  We will discuss basic considerations of what soap can be, dos and donts around safety and method, and actually prepare an excellent bar for washing dishes, all from scratch!  Students will make a dish washing soap to take home. This class will not involve the use of ingredients derived from animals (i.e. tallow or goat milk).


From archaeology and anthropology to handcrafted soaps and candles - Rhizome Revival is excited to team up with David Pease of Woodhoek Wild!
